Thank you for choosing Bonita Hub for your shopping needs. We understand that occasionally situations arise that may require cancellation or return of your order. Please review our cancellation and returns policy below to understand the procedures and conditions that apply.

Cancellation Policy:

1. General Cancellations: There is no right for reimbursement due to buyer's remorse after the 48-72 hour notice period, as provisioned under the law. Orders can be canceled within 48-72 hours of purchase, but please note that not all cancellations are fully refundable.

2. Cancellations for Damaged Products: Returns will only be accepted if products are damaged during transportation and were insured. Proof of damage must be provided.

3. Inability to Fulfill Order: If Bonita Hub is unable to fulfill the order within 30 business days of purchase, you may request a cancellation with right for a full refund of items that have not yet been shipped from its origin abroad. Subject to exceptions over shipment made from redirecting warehouse located in the US, not sold under pre-order.

Return Policy:

1. Non-Manufactured Items: Please note that Bonita Hub does not manufacture the items sold. Therefore, full refunds for returns are not guaranteed.

2. Returns for Violated or Damaged Products: Returns will only take place for replacements in case the product is violated or damaged during transportation, subject to proof and stock availability. Products will be replaced upon return is completed. In case not available in stock, refund for specific item(s) will be granted.

3. Claim Period: Customers have up to 5 days to claim for replacements via email. Please contact us at info@bonitahub.com with your order details and attached pictures of the damaged product.

4. Replacement Process: It may take 10-15 business days to have the item(s) replaced, and this is subject to stock availability.

5. Fees and Full Refund: Please be aware that full refunds may not be applicable in certain circumstances.

6. International Shipping: Most of the products sold are manufactured and imported from abroad. The absence of a final tracking number doesn't imply that your order is not in transit, as we redirect packages internally.

Final Sales Policy:

1. All Sales Are Final: Please note that all sales on Bonita Hub are final. This policy is in place to maintain marketplace integrity between manufacturers, buyers and sellers.

2. Seller Confirmation: While buyers can request to cancel the order at any time before the seller confirms shipment, sellers maintain the authority to confirm or deny these requests. If a seller denies your cancellation request, the sale is considered final.

Liability Disclaimer:

The liability disclaimer in Bonita Hub's policy states that the company is not responsible for the inability to use or maintain a product. Customers are expected to follow manufacturer guidelines for product use and care, and any issues arising from improper usage or maintenance are the customer's responsibility. Bonita Hub disclaims liability for damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from such issues and advises customers to seek product-related warranties or guarantees directly from the manufacturer.
