Shipping policy

Shipping Timeframe Clarification:

Products that are not on pre-order will usually be shipped within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that choosing express shipping doesn't speed up this initial processing time. The shipping option mainly affects how long it takes for your package to reach you after the package is dispatched.

Most of the products sold are manufactured and imported from abroad. The absence of a final tracking number doesn't imply that your order is not in transit, as we redirect packages internally.

Undelivered Packages, Refused Deliveries, Stolen Packages and Customs Delays Disclaimer:

Bonita Hub is not liable for situations involving undelivered packages, refused deliveries, refusal to pay local tax and importation fees charged by customs or packages returned from abroad. In these cases:

1. Non-Delivery: If a package is not delivered or marked as "undeliverable" due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer), we will not be responsible, and shipping fees will not be refunded. All efforts will be done to have products sent over again at no additional charge.

2. Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses to pay importing fees or the delivery itself, no refunds will be provided, and any additional costs incurred due to the refusal will be at the customer's responsibility. We do not participate in customs determinations for additional fees and taxes, therefore we cannot give any guarantees that additional charges will not be placed in country prior to release of the goods purchased.

3. Customs Delays: Customs procedures in the destination country are beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, import regulations, or any related issues. Customers should be aware that customs procedures can impact delivery times, and we cannot influence or expedite these processes.

Customers are encouraged to provide accurate shipping information, accept deliveries, and be aware of potential customs-related delays when ordering from abroad.
