General Information
Bianca Mei does not manufacture the items sold, therefore full refunds are not guaranteed. Returns will only take place for replacements in case the product is violated or damaged upon arrival. Customers have up to 5 days to claim for replacements via email. Pictures must be attached and forwarded to info@biancamei.com
*It could take from up to 30 business days to have the item(s) replaced as it is subject to stock availability and imported from a foreign country.

Manufacturer's Warranty

The manufacturer provides 10 month warranty from the date on which the product is delivered, covering broken and/or defective merchandise equipment only. Damage from improper use is not covered and product will be returned to buyer as is upon diagnosed. The manufacturer is to repair product or provide replacement if broken or defective. Please note pre-diagnose will be done by qualified technicians from Bonita Hub Store and then forwarded to the manufacturer in Brazil if findings lead to defective equipment. New cables and power supplies will be provided locally by Bonita Hub Store if that is the reason for malfunction.

We do not provide warranty service for the following situations:
1. The product was seriously damaged due to falling to the ground.
2. The product was soaked in liquid.
3. The product was disassembled and modified privately

If equipment stops working after the 6 month warranty period is over, reach out directly to us via email at info@bonitahub.com and the service team will notify you about maintenance and logistics costs if it can be repaired.

Please note it could take up to 30 business days to have the equipment returned.
